Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 10 business days after your order is placed.
• Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is any delay in your shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 weeks for domestic orders which make to order if Ready to dispatch 4 to 7 Business Days & 4 weeks for International orders which make to order if Ready to dispatch 10 to 12 Business Days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and chosen shipping method. International customers may also be responsible for additional customs fees or taxes as per Government rule, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
